Where can I buy tickets to Palladium shows?

Online at AXS.com or purchase via phone at 1-888-9-AXS-TIX (1-888-929-7849)
For in-person purchases, the box office accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and cash. The Palladium Ballroom Box office will open 1 hour before doors for every event.

What time does the box office open?

1 hour before doors open.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets available 1 hour before doors open for the show, subject to availability.

Is there seating available?

Palladium events are general admission unless otherwise stated. Preferred Tickets are available for must shows, see "Preferred Tickets".

Can I buy "Palladium Preferred" Tickets? Is there a Palladium Club?

How old do you have to be to get into the Palladium?

Shows are all ages unless otherwise stated.

Can accompanied minors attend age-restricted shows?

No.*
*Subject to Artist restrictions.

Is smoking allowed at Palladium?

Smoking is not allowed inside the venue. An outdoor patio is available for patrons who smoke.

Can I bring a camera to the venue?

No cameras or recording devices are allowed inside the venue.

I heard a show is playing at the Palladium but I can't find it on your website.
